Breakthrough Behavior Names Paige Stamatelos New Director of Engagement and Talent Management

Paige has 10 years of experience working in the ABA industry


Breakthrough Behavior has named Paige Stamatelos, M.A. BCBA, as the Director of Engagement and Talent Management. This new role will focus on elevating an inclusive and engaged organizational culture that drives success through talent acquisition and staff engagement strategies. Paige will help recruit new employees, improve performance and amplify Breakthrough Behavior’s inclusive culture.

Paige began her professional career in behavior analysis in 2012 during her time studying at Loyola University Maryland. Paige worked as an intern learning the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and serving individuals in an in-patient setting. After gaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology, Paige moved forward in her pursuit of further education in behavior analysis. In 2015, she graduated with her master’s degree in applied psychology with a concentration in ABA from Rider University in New Jersey. Since gaining her degree and Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) certification in 2015, Paige has served individuals and their families in clinic, residential and home settings. More recent leadership roles have afforded Paige the opportunity to extend her clinical skillset by applying the science of behavior analysis to organizational behavior. She is passionate about cultivating positive intellectual and emotional employee connection and commitment to their organization.

Paige currently resides in Isabela, Puerto Rico, with her husband and their dog Newberry. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, baking, and spending time with friends and family during their frequent visits.
