Mandy Scepaniak Named Clinical Director of Osceola Clinic at Breakthrough Behavior

Mandy has extensive experience growing clinical programs throughout the United States


Breakthrough Behavior has welcomed Mandy Scepaniak, LSCW, M.A. BCBA, as the new Clinical Director of the organization’s Osceola Clinic in Kissimmee, Florida. Mandy will oversee all daily clinical operations and ensure the best experience for all clients and staff at Osceola.

“Simply put, Mandy is an innovator in our industry,” said Breakthrough Behavior Chief Executive Officer Maegen Pierce. “She is a true leader who builds highly successful programs and unparalleled outcomes for families she serves.”


Mandy has been working in the field of behavior analysis for nearly ten years providing in-home, school, clinic-based and telehealth services across Michigan, North Carolina and Georgia. Most recently, she was a clinic director in Georgia that served more than 35 families. Mandy earned a dual master’s degree in social work and public administration at Grand Valley State University, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Spring Arbor University.

Mandy began her career during a social work practicum at an applied behavior analysis center in Lansing, Michigan, and later became a qualified mental health professional (QMHP). She completed her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program at the University of Cincinnati. Mandy enjoys the outdoors with her partner and two dogs.
